ٱلسَّمِيعُ
As-Sami’
Meaning: “The Dishonorer”
Explanation: Allah hears all sounds and voices, no matter how loud or soft, public or private.
Ibn Kathir explains, “As-Sami’ is the one who hears everything, whether it is spoken aloud or kept in the heart.”
