Al-Mu’akhkhir
Meaning: “The Delayer”
Explanation: Allah delays and postpones events or individuals as He wills, according to His perfect wisdom.
Ibn Kathir mentions, “Al-Mu’akhkhir is the one who delays and postpones as He wills, for reasons that are best known to Him.”
