Ad-Darr
Meaning: “The Distresser”
Explanation: Allah is the one who allows harm or difficulty to occur as a test or trial for His creation, with ultimate wisdom.
Ibn Kathir explains, “Ad-Darr is the one who permits harm to reach His creation, for reasons that are known to Him alone.”
