ٱلْقَابِضُ
Al-Qabid
Meaning: “The Withholder”
Explanation: Allah has the power to withhold sustenance, mercy, or any blessing according to His wisdom.
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen mentions, “Al-Qabid is the one who withholds His blessings for a reason known only to Him, and it is for the benefit of His servants.”
